As the Mayor I am both proud and privileged to serve the citizens of Homer and to work with an eager Town Council in the leadership of our community. These are exciting times filled with changes all around us. To you, our citizens, I want to thank you for entrusting me with leading the Town of Homer into the next exciting phase of our history. Only with your support and cooperative fellowships can Homer realize its full potential.

In our ongoing efforts to communicate effectively with our citizens, business owners, and visitors of our Town, this site was designed to provide you with information about the Town and allow you to become involved with our Town’s progress through programs and initiatives. On this site, you will find information regarding each department in our town’s government including contact names and phone numbers to keep you informed and connected.

To perform all of the duties of town clerk as provided by Louisiana Statutes, so that the town’s administrative and financial operations progress in an efficient, orderly, and lawful manner.

The Town Clerk is the custodian of the Town's vital, public records, including Board of Mayor and Council agendas and minutes, ordinances, resolutions, titles and contracts. The Clerk also is the keeper of the Town’s seal.
